Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within India. For orders outside of India, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international orders will be displayed at checkout.
For Orders within India: Minimum shipping days: 3 business days. Maximum shipping days: 12 business days.
For international orders: Minimum shipping days: 10 business days. Maximum shipping days: 30 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier, shipping destination, and other factors beyond our control. In rare cases, delays caused by the courier company (such as failed delivery attempts, network issues, or lack of communication) may affect the estimated timeline. We escalate such cases from our end, but final delivery is subject to the courier's resolution.
In cases where a shipment is marked as Return to Origin due to the recipient being unavailable, unreachable, or refusing delivery, the status provided by the courier partner will be treated as final and authoritative. Free shipping applies only to the initial dispatch. If a customer requests a reshipment, additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid prior to reshipping. If a customer disputes the delivery attempt or status, they are required to directly coordinate with the courier partner to raise an objection or clarification. We rely on the official delivery updates shared by the courier and cannot override or alter these statuses. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and timely acceptance of the package to avoid return and reshipment charges
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Our store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
