For any discrepancies related to your order—such as missing items, incorrect products, or damage, we kindly request a clear unboxing video that captures the package in its sealed state and documents the opening process.

This evidence is essential for us to investigate and process any claims for refunds or replacements in a fair and transparent manner.

Please note that, in the absence of such proof, we may be unable to proceed with compensation.
